The Fundraise package is the ideal solution for startups ready to close their first investments through Tokenize.it.

Who is Fundraise for?

Fundraise is designed for startups looking to raise capital from business angels, VCs, or their personal network (friends & family). You can include up to 149 investors per offering, with no restrictions on investment amounts.

Pricing

€490/month (or €4,990/year when paying annually – 16% discount) 2% success-based fee on each completed investment. Minimum term: 12 months

How does Private Fundraising work?

With Private Fundraise, your offering targets a select group of investors. This means fewer regulatory requirements compared to a public offering. The process:

  1. Create your private offering on Tokenize.it and set the terms (valuation, price per virtual share).
  2. You receive a personal link to your offering through the platform. Send this link to your investor – once they open it, they have direct access to your offering.
  3. Each investment is processed fully digitally – from contract to issuance of virtual shares as tokens. No notary required.
