Is there a limit on your Fundraise?

In the Private Fundraise, at least one of these two limits must be respected.

If your investment amount exceeds €12 million (within the last 12 months), you may send a maximum of 149 individual offers to selected investors.

If you stay below this threshold, there's no limit on the number of offers you can send.

You can check the status of each offer on the platform at any time.
