What is Public Fundraise?

Unlike private fundraising (max. 149 investors), Public Fundraise enables a public offering where you can raise up to €8 million per offering from an unlimited number of investors. The minimum investment is €50 per investor.

Marketing

With Public Fundraise, you can openly communicate the details of your round: company valuation, price per share, fundraising target, and other terms can all be shared publicly. It's important that all communication remains professional and factual. Exaggerated promises or guaranteed returns should be avoided.

Regulatory notes

The maximum amount that can be raised is €8 million per offering. Retail investors must pass a risk assessment. It is ensured that no sanctioned individuals or politically exposed persons (PEPs) participate.

Pricing

€990/month (in addition to your chosen Fundraise package) 16% discount when paying annually.

Prerequisite

Public Fundraise is an add-on and requires an active Fundraise package (Fundraise, Fundraise Plus, or Fundraise Scale-Up).
